Whoever wrote the score for this went in for overkill with that opening theme based around the letter V for "victory" (three short notes and a long one, in Morse Code).
I'll skip any joke about a disabled man surviving WW1 and then lighting a cancer-causing cigarette.
Apparently, eating an ear of corn without baby teeth is a handicap just like having the Nazis blow off a leg or two.
Despite this, the tone of this short aimed at rehabbing vets is upbeat, showing them they'll be able to adjust and do things they were able to do before.
The title doesn't mean employers aren't hiring. It means disabled vets can handle things on their own (okay, with government financial help). In fact, they're even better in some ways than "normal" people.
The short has cliched close-ups at the start but is well put-together, with plenty of on-the-job MOS footage.

Kind of a strange film made, I GUESS, for new amputees on what to expect when you get that hook or whatever. There's a new life ahead of you! It's fairly optomistic, you can ride horses! Play volleyball! etc. Then, when you get back home, people will be scrambling to hire you! You'll be treated just like everyone else! Hmmm...
